Gift vouchers

- Vouchers are valid for up to 2 months from the date of issue. Vouchers handed in after this time will not be accepted.
- Gift vouchers are available for any amount
- Redeemable against any therapeutic treatment of choice (up to the value of the voucher)
- Vouchers can be put towards part or full payment of preferred treatment.
- Vouchers will be posted 1st class free of charge once payment is received
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher please send a cheque made payable to Liza Harwood at Lyndhurst Clinic. Once the cheque is received a gift voucher will be sent to you . Please remember to include a forwarding address.
