Usually I work on a one to one basis and have always had a fear of talking to groups larger than 5. I decided to embrace my fear (as I needed to practice what I preach and I knew that the fear of doing it would be worse than actually speaking).

So I prepared my speech, I am so passionate about the subject and felt honoured I was able to talk about Reiki to people who may benefit from it. Hopefully I will also get an article in the Dystonia Newsletter.
